Ascott Raffles City (1bedroom Executive)

- Great location at Dongzhimen, easy to get in the center of the city( forbidden city) and get out of the city (such as great wall). Short distance to capital airport. In the same building as shopping mall where we spent lots of time for both shopping and dining. There is popmark shop in the mall. - Perfect for big family. It was not easy to find hotels with two bedrooms in city center at this price. Good value for us travelling with 3 kids. - Washing machine in room came in handy during the summer time! - Breakfast is average but with everything we needed. Good mix of Chinese and western choices. Offers breakfast to go. - Very customer-centric service. All the staff at reception, lobby and breakfast were very friendly!

The service here was excellent overall. We had issues on our way from the airport, and after calling the hotel, the staff immediately stepped in — they spoke with our taxi driver and helped us out of a difficult situation. Throughout our stay, they were consistently helpful, whether it was assisting with takeout orders or giving clear directions to different places in the city. The room we chose was amazing value for money. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the space in general was comfortable and well‑designed, making it feel more like a home than a hotel room. A genuinely great stay with service that really stands out.

We spent a month in China, and this hotel was the best of all - we stayed there 12 days in total. At first the site was perfect: above a shopping center through which you can access the subway. From this station it is also possible to take the express train to the airport, at a minimal cost: 25 yuan per person. The apartments are luxurious, very well equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals. Also, a very practical washing machine. On the ground floor, excellent all-you-can-eat coffee. Nearby, another shopping center (Ginza Mall) where the BLT grocery store is located, where we were able to buy. Our apartment was very clean, very quiet, with great views. We enjoyed having an apartment with a separate bedroom. We also took advantage of the beautiful swimming pool, little attended. The staff was friendly and professional. In short, a great stay! An apartment hotel to recommend without hesitation!
