Horrible experience. Would give 0 stars if possible but 1 is the lowest. Do not stay. Never returning. Our item when missing but no proper follow-up from hotel. Hotel attempted to offer useless "compensations", sent follow-up email but disappeared after I replied. Horrible attitude, even doubted us when we claimed our item went missing after housekeeping service Also horrible handling of delivery packages

I like staying here when I'm alone in Beijing because of its location. It's a few minute walk to Sanlitun so it's great for me to go there at night for dinner and to stroll around. I also like it when I'm looking for something cheap. Staff are friendly and go out of there way to help. But it's very clearly a 3 or 4 star hotel in terms of hardware. Everything seemed to be Ikea and rooms are small. The gym is managed by a 3rd party. They have heavy heavy dumbbells which is great but seemingly no one tends to the place. No one turned on the aircone while I was there so I had to do it. One day it was 40 degress outside, must have been 50 inside. Very uncomfortable. The globalist happy hour is just full of carbs and fried food but a nice touch nonetheless. The breakfast is very basic Chinese style food. I actually like it. So, I'd recommend staying here as long as you know you are getting a Hyatt Place type experience for a great price in a great location but definitely not a luxury experience. This is not a place for a family trip when looking for luxury. Also, they used to have 8 suites, now only 3, so very difficult to get upgraded. But for it's price and what it is, it'd excellent.

The interior was as clean and nice as the photos, but the exterior or the first floor lobby didn't fit the 4-star hotel. I thought it would be better to stay in Marriott or another hotel. If the price is lower, we recommend using it. Otherwise, I think it would be better to go to another brand hotel at a similar price range.
