一周以上可以和老板重新谈价格, 便宜不少. 位置不错, 下面很多北京的早点和餐馆, 吃饭比较方便. 房间不大, 用的墙纸, 卫生弄得很干净,天天都回过来打扫, 卫生间有个洗衣机,厨房东西比较旧, 开放式的, 电磁炉和电水壶, 洗的很干净.上网是有线的. 床很大, 电视节目还不少. 整体入住是很实惠的.
