my colleague and I arrived at the hotel around midnight to check in the TWO rooms we booked few days before our flight. Only to be told that there was ONE room left. My colleague was arranged to a much cheaper hotel nearby for the night and had to move back the next morning. The mere compensation we got are two tickets to breakfast buffet. The facilities in the room were terrible as well. Dim lighting, stupid switch ons, the overall conditions are never commensurate to its price.

Receptionist are rude. Rooms are in need of renovations (moldy shower curtains, stained carpet, peeling wallpapers). Cleaning services do not know how to follow instructions (do not disturb placed on door but they come in anyway). Staff only speaks mandarin, hotel wifi cant be access without local simcard

This hotel is so outdated. It smells old and the carpet has stains. We had to switch rooms because the first room was disgusting. Double beds are tiny! And the table tops aren’t wiped down. Bathroom aren’t clean. The sink was dirty. The room smells like old smoke. Never again. This place is literally a waste of money. Spend a little more and get a better hotel in beijing!
