设施比较陈旧了，但最可恶的是酒店的服务员随口就扯谎胡说八道，想把顾客当猴耍。开始入住的615，是靠近楼梯口的房间，到房间发现门无法从室内反锁上，于是给客房服务打电话，派来人以后，她竟然说我们这边的房间的门锁全都锁不上，门下沉了就这样的，虽然反锁不了安全没问题，言下之意你睡着了也不会有人来开你的门，这根本不算什么事儿。我表示接受不了她说我们这大床房都这样，那你给前台打电话要求换房吧，我们服务员不允许...
