The Hotel has a good location, is quiet and clean. The team at the reception is uneducated and incompetent. There is no conversation possible. If you need more than just your key to the room, another hotel might be better. There are many around.

When I sat down on the bed I thought it was firmer than I wanted, but I slept so well I'm seriously considering getting a firmer bed. The hotel was clean and pleasant. The room had both a bathtub and a shower; the bathtub had jets, but they didn't work. We liked the breakfast buffet and were impressed by the number of options (but we usually stay in Comfort Inn type places in the US, where the breakfast buffet is very limited.) There is usually someone at the front desk who speaks English, if you need help and don't speak Chinese.
