Royal Palace Hotel

The hotel is centrally located; you can reach it from the airport also during rush hour in about one hour. It offers a great breakfast buffet with Asian and western dishes. The staff is very helpfull; most of the speak English. All over: Good price/value ratio. Will come again

If I could I'd give 0 and not even 1. Customer service is not horrible, simply doesn't exist. All the recepionists are on their phones and with a jacket and it seems they can't wait to finish their shift. It was frustrating asking for a cab and they wouldn't understand and as a result they would speak to each other in Chinese and laugh to your face. Very rude and unacceptable. Rooms are old but clean, the bed seems just a big sheet of wood without mattress, I think if I would sleep on a carpet I would have been more comfortable. THIS HOTEL DOESN'T HAVE AC!!!! And the rooms are freaking cold!!! It was a waste of money!

Good location in the business district, decent food options both within the hotel and around it, strong wifi too. Had a slight issue with the carpet in the room upon arrival, and was promptly moved to a slightly bigger room. Staff are great, and really helpful accepting packages ordered online etc
