Beijing Sicily Hotel

我1月入住的是西西里酒店天坛东边那家店。很难想象天子脚下，首善之区有这种事。酒店设备老旧且缺乏维护，价不配位。最重要的是前台飞扬跋扈，欺诈顾客。当时app上说明会免费给予矿泉水，并且特意强调了不限量，结果前台服务员只给了两小瓶，再前去要就不给了，态度极其恶劣，原话“外地人住不起就滚”。本人衣冠得体，言辞得当，并非素质低下之人，却被无端攻击。酒店遇到一些外国人，他们不会中文，酒店前台也对他们态度极其冷淡，一脸嫌弃，基本翻译都不给人家提供，一副爱住不住不住就走的样子，还是我给外国人充当翻译。本人只是为了节约费用才入住，并非没钱住更好的酒店。因此，只要你不是特别穷，别住这酒店。I stayed at this hotel on the east side of the Temple of Heaven in January. It's hard to imagine that such a thing could happen in the capital, the best area in the country. The hotel's facilities were old and poorly maintained, and the price was not worth it. The most important thing was that the front desk staff were arrogant and cheated customers. The app stated that free mineral water would be provided and specifically emphasized that there was no limit. However, the front desk staff only gave me two small bottles. When I went to ask for more, they refused and had an extremely bad attitude. They said, "If you can't afford to stay here, just f**k away." I was dressed appropriately and spoke politely, not a person of low quality, but I was attacked for no reason. I met some foreigners at the hotel. They couldn't speak Chinese, but the front desk staff treated them extremely coldly and with a look of disdain. They basically didn't offer to translate for them and acted as if they could stay or leave as they pleased. It was me who acted as a translator for the foreigners. I just stayed here to save money, not because I couldn't afford a better hotel. Therefore, as long as you are not extremely poor, don't stay at this hotel.

We stayed for two nights in sicily hotel, while we had reserved it for 3 nights, when we argued about hotel’s situation which we couldn’t stand for more nights and it was far below our expectations, the staff didn’t agree on our refund although we had told them one night earlier that we want to leave tomorrow, besides it was a free cancellation at the time of paying online... The staff were nice but i wish they were bad tempered but know a few words of English; bad hotel led to bad experience in Beijing

The price is quite cheap so i book a single bed room to rest and bath before my flight departure at 2am. Will be good if u travel to this hotel by bus, lots easier than taking metro. If u r able to check in during day time, should be visiting the fruits shop nearby hotel. Kindna interesting. I had my dinner at the restaurant near to the fruits shop, people smoking inside but the food is quite ok for me. The room is pretty small n with smell of smokes. If u can take the smell then u may try. Good enough for a short stop over before mid night flight.
