Information center at the BeijinAirport advice us this hotel.... Pictures seems to be beautiful and clean . The reality is not so nice : bed and bathroom dirty, no breakfast, no possibility to leave safe your luggage after checking out, nobody to help you with your luggage at the check in (no elevator)...And Staff not welcoming ... Avoid this hotel because the same price you have better hotel !

Was shown beautiful pictures of a 4 star hotel and told it was this one, imagine my disappointment after showing up to this nearly condemned 1 star dump. Staff was nice and understanding, although they don't admit it, they know full well that the airport agents are scamming, but obviously they are giving the airport a kick back. We were stuck the night we checked in and checked into another hotel the next morning.

I booked this hotel at the airport as my other hotel reservation had been cancelled. I was told it was a 4 star hotel and shown a lovely brochure depicting a very sleek looking hotel. What I found on arrival was entirely different. This hotel is a 2 star budget hotel for sure. My room did not have any heat and when I asked for help turning it on I was told to use the bedding from the other bed (no extra blankets). In the morning I had hot water for about 10 seconds and then it went ice cold. When I complained I was told I would have to wait until the hot water came on (no time estimate though)! I checked out immediately and the man at reception was understanding and gave me back all the money that was due.
