Beijing Jiahao Hotel

My feelings were bittersweet on the eve of departing Zhong Guo. On the one hand, after a week of primitive Hunan province country lodgings, the kind westerners aren't supposed to see, this place was modern and comfortable though well shy of the luxury enjoyed for a week at the Hotel Feitian. There was no lift, the charming front desk keeper spoke no English, the halls were dark and gloomy, no matter! There were warm towels! It was quiet and convenient to the airport. A diner a short walk from the fromt was the real deal, not a tourist restaurant. The owner himself drove us to the airport! Strictly and objectively I should give a lower rating. However, I loved it and it is my last memory of two weeks in China, before the airport. This is a sincere and a genuine place to stay. Xie xie ni.
