Awful restaurant- No vegetarian options unless you want to eat rice and bread! Total disrespect of clients: my mum and her two friends were shouted at when they asked for more veggie options, felt intimidated, humiliated and unsupported by the management. Very disappointed, I wouldn’t bother! This hotel promises so much when you enter the lobby which is stunning. Maybe its because we are a tour party but the bedrooms are the worst we've had on the tour. Pokey bathroom with mould round the bath. Bedtoom would be ok for a 2* hotel

This hotel has seen better days. It was clean but furniture, carpets etc were sad. A refurbishment is definitely due. It would not be considered a four star hotel based on Western standards. Storage was lacking too.
