Harbour Plaza Hotel

The hotel is situated in a prime location at Jiefangbei with the check-in counter visible from the first floor. It is easy to get around with didi or the metro is a 5-10min walk away from the hotel. The rooms/bed were comfortable and I enjoyed the stay. Got a free upgrade as well as a WOH member. Had the best coffee in Chongqing during the breakfast buffet!

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Chongqing. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Liberation Square, making it very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and dining. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall service was good. One suggestion for improvement would be to have more English-speaking staff at the front desk. This would make communication much easier for international tourists and further enhance the guest experience. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and comfortable stay.

I was very happy with my recent 4 night stay at Hyatt Chongqing Metropolitan. I travel a lot & have stayed in many hotel rooms, but this ranks among my favourites. We were upgraded to a suite with a very large living room and bedroom, both with large flat screen tvs, 2 bathrooms (one with a tub), and a very nice coffee area with sink etc. Décor was modern and good quality. It was a wonderful place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing! The breakfast area and offerings were large and copious. Staff was helpful when I needed assistance with airline check in. Location is excellent near the restaurant street and Liberation Square. The price quality ratio is excellent for those on a western budget. I would stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing!
