酒店设施还不错，前台工作效率比较低，楼层的服务人员态度，服务都不错，只是给了我一件临街的房间，晚上实在太吵，只住了一晚，根本就睡不着。

首先订房比较方便，网上、电话都畅通。服务人员都进行过专业培训，较规范。整体卫生较好。店长能亲临一线检查指导具体工作并及时和客人保持联系，给人以亲切感。就是服务人员要经常检查房间上下水管道，个别房间有渗水现象。祝新年更上一层楼！
