他是三星级的酒店，价格比较便宜，酒店的位置也可以，交通比较方便，打车开车都挺方便的，他这里停车都非常方便的，是免费的，餐饮都不是他的，是别人包过来的，酒店的服务都可以，空间大小有十多个平方左右吧，卫生也都干净的，他铺得是地铁的，门口也是地毯，都很干净的。

没有大金地酒店好一点，条件设施比较旧一点，可能开的时间长了，年数多了。我们一般也不麻烦服务员，但是有一次停电了，没起来床，票给过期了，就把火车票给报了，因为没灯嘛，停电了起床晚上，误了时间了，服务还行，可以叫醒的。服务员可以每天打扫卫生，也可以跟他说不打扫。房间里面是地毯，地毯还行吧。房间装修就那样，一般般，挺简单的装修，它应该是三星级的。卫生间和洗澡间是隔开的，标间大小都差不多的，可以坐在这儿聊...

设施差一点，像电视还有房间里面备用的东西，电视效果不是很好和生活用品，像沐浴液洗发露都不是很好，还有就是烧水的茶壶也不是特别好，房间里面的通风情况还可以，有一个阳台的，地理位置还可以，出行和交通都比较方便，服务人员还可以，比如我洗完澡要是要吹风机的话，他们会拿来的比较及时。
