New World Courtyard

The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre, just across the street from Qing Hui Garden and a short walk from the pedestrian street. There is also a Foshan Metro station a block away. While the lobby looks grand, the rooms are tired and in dire need of renovation. The bathroom in particular was showing quite bad wear and tear. It's not dirty, but the wood and tiles are chipped, stained, and it feels more like a 3 star hotel. Staff were quick and smart to get things done and the bus to Hong Kong stops directly here, making it an easy weekend trip option.

The hotel quality is good, but there are still several people smoking in indoor area. The location is excellent to be located at the shopping street and 春暉園. Hot water for bathing is not enough. (may be due to the peak hour, I suppose.)

Stay was fine. Limited selection for breakfast, European taste. Good location as near to shopping centre and restaurants. Staff helpfull and friendly. Good value for money. Room was always clean. Bed very comfortable. Could not swich off aircon even it was quite cold at night. Hotel offers smoking rooms which is quite seldom nowadays.
