Conveniently located near Taojin metro station. Quick check in. Nice comfortable & clean rooms with city view. Good locality with a nice mall next door. And to top it all, for an Indian veggie like me, Sharmaji Indian veg restaurant in the same building as the hotel. Price a little on the higher side but still worth it.

I am reaching out with disappointment regarding the recent our stay Servet Gerz and Lara Bakachieva, at hotel from October 29th to November 4th, 2024. Despite our prior communication emphasizing the importance of this trip, it seems our requests were overlooked, resulting in a stay that did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. Before our arrival, we explicitly requested that their business VIP double rooms be guaranteed, along with certain amenities, which are typically provided free of charge for Genius Level 3 members. However, upon arrival, we were provided with rooms that did not match the booking confirmation, and several of our requests were not met. Moreover, our rooms were not situated not each other as we requested. Additionally, we reached out via email prior to their stay to ensure arrangements would be in place, yet we received no response, further reflecting a lack of attentiveness. Unfortunately, this experience has left a poor impression, especially given that we travels extensively and is accustomed to high-quality service. We did not anticipate such an oversight from a property advertised as a luxury destination. We would appreciate a formal response addressing these issues, as well as an explanation of how this will be handled moving forward.

Great BF is included, and so tasty. food overflowing, the server is polite. .Nearby soo many cheap eateries. walk few steps for just 18Y 3 viands unli Rice Free soups So convenient because so near Train and Subway and Bus terminals. CR is so good. Polite staff. VERY CLEAN. i would surely come back. just walking around is easy. Remember it is Station A. Going places just stone throw away.
