Hotel's location, facilities are met my needs. House Keeping staff are polite. The young girl who checked me in is in good manner, and follows front office procedure. But the one, perhaps is a supervisor beside her was showing me the cold face. A few days later, same person, he pissed me off when I asked to pay the same price to upgrade the room for next five nights (extra 25 -30 yuen/night). Finally I switched to another hotel for the rest of days in China. Check-out is unpleased experience either, Chinese people do not wait in a line jumping in front of me reception does nothing about this. From management point, hotel should indicate sign and put a line in front of reception to educate/guide Chinese guests behave themselves, being fair to others, make all feeling hotel operation is in order. She also balms me to deposit money in my account, but not ask me the reason that hotel restaurant not willing to transfer my dinning bills to there. Traveling to Guangzhou for businesstrip for the first time and we stayed at Dong Shan Hotel. Hotel os Very Clean and Convenience. A little bit downside, the hotel is all smoking area i think. So a little bit smoky. The location is also very good.

Super fully equipped gym visited with friends and did a great workout , new machines , new equipments , Very clean , no smell , properly ventilated , drinking water available , separate rooms of aerobics and stretching personal trainer Ms. CICI is the best. Keep it up guys !!!!!
