Dragon Lake Princess Hotel

Located in Kowloon Lake, Guangzhou, the hotel is very spacious, the rooms are somewhat old, but clean and personal supplies should be full. There are facilities such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a continental resort nearby.

Not sure how old the hotel is but it surely looks pretty old and desperately needs some update. The carpet is not clean and wall paper/paintings peeling... It’s definitely not a 5-star hotel. We were disappointed.

This hotel was one of the complimentary hotels provided by China Southern Airlines for transits greater than 8 hours. It was the perfect place to rest before my 15 hour flight. It was spacious and clean. Check in was quick and the people at the front desk were very friendly and efficient. They spoke English fluently. My room was huge and I had the best shower after travelling for more than a month. I have never seen bath towels as big as these before! The bed was perfectly comfortable with big fluffy pillows. I had a great sleep. The next morning I looked out to a view of the swimming pool. The grounds were beautifully kept and I enjoyed walking around after a delicious buffet breakfast. They had food that would appeal to Westerners as well as Asian guests and I found it very tasty.
