Fraser Suites Guangzhou

I've stayed at Fraser Suites Guangzhou twice, and this has always been one of my preferred serviced apartments in Guangzhou because of its excellent location, spacious rooms, and comfortable facilities. The property is directly connected to the metro, surrounded by shopping malls and countless dining options, making it extremely convenient whether you're travelling for business or leisure. The two-bedroom suite is generously sized, well-equipped, and comes with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully furnished, and the washing machine and dryer are especially useful for longer stays. The overall condition of the room remains good, and the facilities continue to be one of the hotel's biggest strengths. However, I felt that the service standards have declined compared to my previous visit. The front desk staff appeared less warm and less willing to assist with requests. I had requested a high-floor room, but none was available. I also asked if the two-bedroom suite could be arranged with twin beds, but this was not possible. While I understand that availability may be limited, the interactions felt rather transactional, with little effort made to explore alternatives or offer solutions. The coffee machines in the residents' lounge were frequently full with residue during my stay and often went unattended for extended periods, which was disappointing for a property of this standard. The biggest letdown was the housekeeping on the last day of my stay. The room was cleaned rather carelessly—the blanket was simply pulled over without properly making the bed, and the bathrooms did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly. This was noticeably below the standard I had experienced during previous stay. Despite these shortcomings, Fraser Suites Guangzhou remains a property with many strengths. The spacious accommodation, excellent amenities, comfortable rooms, well-maintained facilities, and unbeatable location continue to make it a very good choice for visitors to Guangzhou. I do hope management will pay closer attention to service consistency and housekeeping standards, as these are what distinguish a good stay from an exceptional one. With improvements in these areas, I would happily return again.

We thanked the team for their warm and hospitality, especially to the housekeeping team who went a step ahead by spreading a huge bedsheet to cover the gap when we combine the 2 twin bed. They even overlapped the blanket as a thoughtful gesture, as our child slept in between in. Thank you so much!

Everything was good, staffs are friendly and near to grandlink mall. Excellent stay. Will stay again
