I’m honestly shocked by how bad my stay was here. This was by far one of the dirtiest hotel experiences I’ve ever had. There were long hairs all over the carpet, and dust was absolutely everywhere. It wasn’t just a little bit either — you could literally see dust floating in the air when the light hit, and even sticking to the walls. That’s how bad it was. The beds were even worse. They felt greasy and almost damp, like the sheets hadn’t been properly cleaned or dried. It was incredibly uncomfortable and honestly quite disgusting. Normally, I expect a certain standard, especially from a brand like Hilton, but this place was nowhere near it. This was truly unacceptable and a huge disappointment. I am a hilton member upon arriving to hilton it really doesn't feel like home usually i book hilton around the world where I travel but this one i am very dissapointed, first one of the things with hilton they have the best beds, we'll trust me do not waste time because there beds are not comfortable at all, but very hard, from front office service the girls hardly knw English and it's not good enough, I was served by Lucy but her service is not all that compared to all front desk officers at other hiltons, got to my room the beds look like wrinkle not when you go to other hilton beds are perfectly done and it does not have the thin bedsheets, the shower has stains like disgusting and just doesn't seem nice the shower, I feel so let down waste my money and hilton needs to remove there name from this property because it's not delivering what hilton delivers in other country's. Worst experience ever n dissaponted customer and it's my first day.

I specifically mentioned in my booking to have a room with working climate control and mentioned that again at reception. The room was 24c when I arrived. I set the controller to 16 and went out. Returning the temperature was the same. Called front desk the sent the engineer who confirmed it was not working. He suggested a fan. I took my bags to the lobby and talked to concierge left my bags in lobby and went out. I talked to two other local hotels that told me that their rooms also do not have working climate control. It’s a common practice to shut down ac in winter so room stay stuffy and warm. Look for windows that open in towns without smog. Plus internet was blocked of course.
