Worst ever 4 star hotel in-fact calling it 4 star is a joke, dingy, dull, dirty and smelly are some of the very few things you can call it ... horrid experience - not a single staff can talk in english , rooms we not clean and extremely dull lights - bath room was not clean and the breakfast was the worst of its kind, there was not even the basic bread and butter and when asked they staff would just not understand.

My flight arrived 2am & took their scheduled shuttle bus at 3:15am. It was just 10min from the airport. Room & bathroom were big compared to city hotels. Decently decorated. I booked a wrong date but was allowed to checked in by one fine lady Vicky at the reception. Great to know that Holiday Inn has such great human asset on the front desk empowered to act immediately. Great for transit passengers. Renhe metro is 1.4km or 25min walk. I would stay again.

We stayed there because long layover connection. Free, so we can complain. But, I would not recommend this place. They do not know what is the meaning of customer service. We were put in building C. Our view from the rom was dirty alleys, a mal nuri she'd goat, yes a goat, and kids paying is a pool. If you can choose a different option.
