Lavande Hotel Guangzhou Zoo Huanghuagang Metro Station

The enterance is not really clear it is difficult to find . The interior set up just practical nothing about fancy design.the lift lobby is not really clean. the front desk is very helpful.the staffs are very sincere and honest in thier service and smile. the room we get is small.clean but still can be improved in term of cleanness . the bathroom do not have free flow of shampoo it is still outdated approach by providing with shampoo in packet form. the room sound insulation is not that good you can hear people talking at common corridor at night some times. The hotel just next to zoo you can see lot of tree along the road to zoo.at night you may hear tiger or lion or elephant roaring. A lot of eateries shop around the hotel.near 7 11 .restaurant.wall mart shopping center and accessible by 2 MRT station. I like the hotel location.but this hotel may dissapointed for some guest who look for higher standard in term of hotel finishing quality . This hotel can be a lot better if the management touch up the lift lobby to give a good first impression before go to room.for example the decission for the welcoming carpet mat in lift lobby should be re look because the carpet did give a very strong smell and it's design really cheap. the fire stair space around the lift should be improve as well. This is my second visit after 5 year.to me this hotel do not have done much improvement compare to 5 year ago. I like the routes to zoo where you can see a little bit living life of local residence around this place. To me this hotel has potential in term of location .it is all depend on the management weather want to continue to be relevant to compete with the upcoming new hotel. It can be a lot better if he want too.I am looking foward to see it happens in my next visit.

hotel is not in center, but not so far aswell. If u stay there for fair, there is free bus to fair everyday. but if u want to take taxi u should pay 35RMB for one way. The rooms is not dirt but not so clean aswell. It s standart. Bathroom is heavy smell. Staffs are very nice, n helpful. It s good price. if i go to GZ again, i can stay at there. (If i don't find cheaper than it:) )
