Leeden Jingxi Hotel

Came to Guangzhou for an overnight Business meeting trip. Leeden Jingxi Hotel is very conveniently located along the main road to get to by taxi. However the surrounding area has nothing to see or do. No good places to eat. No major supermarkets to walk to. By 8pm everything in the area is closed. Rooms are very comfortable. Good amenities including charging cables and USB power points. Complimentary tea, kettle, toiletries, bedroom slippers (which you are allowed to take home), drinks in the minibar (coke, sprite, juice), all free. There's also a hair dryer, safe, bathrobes, laundry service, work desk & sofa. Room only has showers, no bathtub. Free WiFi works well. Staff service was between good to very good. Polite and helpful throughout the hotel. The only unsatisfactory part of the stay was the quality of food at the restaurant. Went for dinner at 9pm (Closing time 10pm). I was the only customer, and everything on the menu was no longer available. Ordered the Hainanese Chicken Rice and it was horrible! Worst meat ever. Ordered a club sandwich to take away at the end, which was basic. Breakfast spread was good, but quality of individual dishes were average to poor. All in all I'd come back for short overnight stays if required, but I'd also keep searching for a hotel in a more vibrant location

I stayed at this hotel for a 4 day business trip. The hotel is relatively new, therefore the bedrooms are very nice and bathroom are in good condition. The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. The staff has limited English so it can be difficult to communicate at times. The restaurant only served chinese food at dinner and limited western food for breakfast which most of the food catering towards local people. The location is not near any restaurants but not far from downtown Guangzhou city where there are plenty of restaurants. Overall very comfortable stay and affordable

We booked this hotel for a weekend trip to Guangzhou while staying in Kaiping during the week. The hotel is not expensive is is located on a good location to access the city centre. What I really liked is the luxury of the rooms and the breakfast.
