Lilac International Suites

Very basic hotel, clean enough but the beds are incredibly hard, as is the 'sofa', so not particularly comfortable. No facilities for breakfast despite our reservation saying that full breakfast is provided. Good location but that's about it. No one speaks English so its a bit difficult asking for help

This hotel is cheaper than others in the same area but it's good enough. Yes, it's a little old and rundown, but it's ok for the price you paid. It's conveniently located in East Railway Station area. So, it's connected to anywhere you want to go. And if you come from Airport by train, you don't need to drag your luggage for another train at the interchange station. It's somewhat noisy in the morning and daytime as it's just next to the kindergarten. Simple breakfast is also provided.

The rooms are filthy, there is mold growing on the silicone in the bathrooms, there are cigerette burns on the floors, the bed was so hard you might as well sleep on the floors. I went with my boss for 4 days for canton fair and if we could have found available accomodation elsewhere we would have written off the money. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Terrible service and false advertising with the pictures.
