Logistics Business Hotel

don't stay there booked hotel through hotels,com arrived after i spent 1 hour trying to get a taxi no one wanted to take me there this place is in the back streets of the airport DONT GO THERE when i arrived they could not speak a work of english spent 1 hour trying to explain i have already paid through hotels.com they finally got a translator he arrived and said come with me to another hotel i left with translator was assured my money would be refunded well i just got my credit card statement yep I WAS CHARGED spoke to hotels.com they said to speak with hotel even after i told them they didnt speak english THANKS HOTELS.COM WONT USE THEM AGAIN SO IN SHORT DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AND BE VERY CAREFUL OF HOTELS.COM hotels.com did answer my emails but not happy with outcome

We were placed in this hotel by China Southern airways when we missed our connecting flight to Sydney. It is placed in beautiful downtown nowhere, no one in the place speaks any form of english. The people were rude and un co-operative, when asked about making international phone calls, as we had to get in touch with people at home who were going to meet us. Calls cannot be made from this hotel and given it's location anywhere else either. The room was large enough, had trouble getting the lights to work, no fridge so no water, we had to go searching at midnight for a shop as the hotel did not sell any. The shower was large, hot and free flowing, the only thing wrong with this was... the wall faceing the room was all glass! Yes, a see through wall no privacy at all. The beds were as hard as a rock. No breakfast available, so we took the first shuttle bus out next morning, sitting around the airport for a few hours was better than ten minutes in this dump. SHAME ON CHINA SOUTHERN AIRWAYS!!!

Do you know those movies with huge hotel and nobody in it? Well, that was the case... Ok the hotel is close to the airport (5 minutes in taxi) but that's the only good thing. Room quality is so so and lets not start to talk about the qualiy of the mattress which was hard as a stone (and i m the type of guy who doesn't mind hard mattress). Also, no internet in the room! no wifi, no cable...and they call it business hotel aha... Next time, i will go to a motel 168 at least i don't have any surprise with this one... Ok, one more good thing is that they have a shuttle bus leaving the hotel every 30 minutes in the morning to go to the airport but thats all i can think of!
