The apartment is located in the main city center of Guangzhou and you don`t have to go far to be in the heart of the city. The street is busy and there are many good places to spend time in the evening with shopping options starting from local shopping to expensive brands. The apartment is very clean and the cleaners make sure to keep it that way by coming round every day to do a really good job. The only problem we had was communicating in English with the staff. They were unable to understand even simple queries or requests. It would have have been perfect if only they were trained in basic English.

Stayed from 15th Dec to 23rd Dec 2018. Only location is good. There is no porter service, even no trolley you can borrow to bring up your luggage. We were there on a business & leisure trip, so we had bought quite a few things. On top of 6 suitcases, we had 3 big boxes and our handcarry to bring down. We had no support or help from any of the staff. 1 room meant only 1 keycard, regardless if your room is for 4 adults or suite. In order to get to rooms using the elevators, you need to use the keycard, each keycard will only go to the respective floors. so imagine having 4 family members wanting to go down or out at different times, or having family members or friends in different floors - can be quite a hassle. Rooms get "cleaned" regularly, but only changing towels, some bathroom cleaning and standard linen change, other than that, room is quite dusty and curtains very dusty. Also, house keeping will disregard your " Do not disturb" sign. They WILL ENTER.

Staff have limited English. The rooms are modern and does not smell. Location is amazing, above the metro line, next to the park, close to Beijing walking street. I will come back and recommend this to my family and friends
