I stayed at this hotel with my friends. Location is near the metro and shopping mall. Reason for writing is to compliment Xi Xi (high management manager/owner). My friend had a fall in the room and Xi Xi went all the way out to fetch her to two hospitals at 11 pm and helped us thru all the complicated hospital procedures and sent us back at 4.10 pm. Then next day she brought us to a 3rd hospital to continue treatment. This is not something anybody would do without hesitation. Xi Xi even bought us meals. I have to say she is a fantastic and kind person. A gem indeed.

The hotel is well located, it is difficult to find it since the entrance has no name. Search by number.I stayed 5 years ago and it was in another building. The name is Timmy hotel. The room is clean and does not smell. There was an ashtray but luckily there was no cigarette smell. The cleaning is done every day. It doesn't include breakfast nor bus to the Canton Fair.

Positive: > View my room (which as a Japanese double room was great). > Breakfast choices were good and varied everyday. > Location is great. It's just a few meters away from Shipaiqiao station and near key malls. We got lost however when we initially got there because it's location based on Google Map and Booking.com is wrong. It's actually just along Tiange Road and right beside Taikoo Hui. > Reception and cleaning staff were helpful and very courteous. Negative: >No cabinet. >Bathroom and toilet area is a bit small.
