Best location and clean and hygiene rooms. Its near guanzhou railway station with great facility to go to Canton fair with bus. Bathroom was well equipped with all basic amenities. Cleaniness and all other facilties are great.

I was stayed at this hotel with my sisters and it was 7 days, 6 nights. Location - it is located a wholesales area, however it will be quite far away from subway. Transport - easily to take bus (local bus) around 5 minutes walks, and 20 minutes walks to subway. and it is not 8 minutes like mentioned from the hotel website Room - very small and my room was next to the office, hence it was very noisy when thus staffs chitchat and having lunch in the office. it caused smelly in the corridor. Staffs - not polite at all, even manager can quarrel with customer. breakfast - it is actually not the hotel restaurant, it was operate by local owner, food is bad, not clean, the restaurant situation was very bad. you must provide the breakfast voucher. if not they don't allow you to go in. Overall - not recommend to stays. the hotel services is bad and terrible.

This hotel is a mixture of sorts. Good points are: -location. Middle of textile market, about 10 minutes walk from Guangzhou Railway Metro station. -Friendly staff, that genuinely try to be helpful. -Linhua Park is very close by, good for relaxing, taking strolls or real exercising. But, -Breakfast: may be okay for the Chinese, it was simply horrid for the western taste. I found only the carrots tasteful: it wasn't available everyday and I am not a rabbit. The service at the restaurant was so sparse that they tried to sell tissue/serviettes to me. -Room size. Very small. I stayed in four different rooms over my three week stay. -Soundproof. I could here every whimper from the next door. Quite disturbing during the night (don't think about it,) unless when the next door was empty or asleep. -Views. Most rooms looked into the apartments of the neighbours. You will do well to keep the windows covered. The hotel is in a street that has so many local style restaurants that the side walls are almost always damp (from people eating, waste, or the cleaning up after meals). I include photo of a cat that was tied up just outside the hotel entrance. They offered free transfers to the Canton fair during the first phase, but none during the 3rd phase. Well, the rates kept me in this hotel, at less than $50 a night. I changed hotels as often as I could get out, but kept coming back here as the rates were good for someone who was out working during the day till late and cared only for an okay place to sleep at night.
