Shantou International Hotel

My wife and I recently stayed for four nights (31 May - 4 June) in this hotel. We used various facilities (e.g swimming pool, gym, sauna), and they are all top notch. We did not have breakfast included in our rate, but the hotel gave us vouchers for afternoon tea in the bar on the ground floor, where we had tea, coffee, fruits, cakes, udons and noodles. The best part of our experience is the staff working here - all the staff (receptionists, lobby manager, bar attendants, room cleaning ladies, etc.) are all so wonderful. Thank you. Will stay here again next time we visit Shatou.

Shantou international Hotel is the one of the best hotel I stay! There were many good and warmth experience once I check-in until check-out the hotel. Taking about over 3 hours travelling time, feel hungry and little bit tired already. The room is upgraded, also offering a tea set....how amazing that we no need rush out to have our lunch....we can take a short break in our room before our trip in Shantou.....So wonderful! After a sightseeing and dinner....we would like to have some sweet soup...but so full that give up.....however, once we back to hotel room, we found there were 2 thermal mug on the table with a greeting card......O! it's a sweet soup for us! Excellent feeling on this hotel...how care to the client....the service is really exceed standard, upto client's need, so amazing! AFter we check-out and sitting in the sofa to waiting for our taxi. Front-desk staff running to us and giving us 2 cups of "ready to make tea"....It have provided in the room, only add hot water, you can have a cup of good tea! O! it's totally extra! I really feel how good this Hotel....It's let me feel so warmth and care when I stay in Shantou.....I regret only stay here for 1 night! Except the soft-experience, The setting is also very good. Style and big lobby, professional service, comfortable room, big washroom with separate shower and bath tube. The fixture and fixing are modern, clearn....I need to credit to the bed and pillow and blanket....it's extreme comformtable....never felt when you lie on the hotel bed, you can fall in sleep so fast and quick. Feel safe, comfort......How's their material? Really unbelieveable! The room is quiet, nothing sound create from the air-condition..... Shantou international hotel definitely your choice in Shantou. It's also my only choice if I come back here again!
