I stayed here during a business trip to Shenzhen, and it was an absolute highlight. Usually, business hotels can feel a bit clinical, but the river views and the surrounding nature here are truly spectacular—providing a much-needed peaceful escape after a long day of meetings. The hotel is top-tier. The rooms were spotless and the service was "the bomb"—highly efficient and professional, which is exactly what I need when I'm on a tight schedule. This trip made me fall in love with Chinese hospitality and the city itself. I enjoyed every moment and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business visit. Highly recommended for professional travelers.

My friend introduced this hotel to me. We were OK while we stayed there. When check in, I paid 5000cny cash to the front desk. I stayed 7 days. Total charged was 4800 cay. They return 200 to me when left. To my surprise, they also charged my credit card for 5000cny. I tried to call the hotel, but the phone number is not available and not able to left a message. The manager I met at the hotel was Loca Wang(𡈼远文）I hope the hotel will return the double charge back to my credit card. My name is Guan Wai Hang, stayed in the room 1200. Front desk service was fast and efficient. The room we had was very clean. We had the room at the back of the hotel. The view is of a river and the landscape of buildings from afar. I found it to be quite peaceful. It came with a breakfast buffet for one person - food selections limited, but acceptable. It's very close to Luohu Port - within walking distance of approx. 10 minutes. There's a railway system construction work across the street from the hotel's main entrance. But there were no loud or distracting sounds. Although, it did impact the convenience of walking over to the bus or their rapid transit stations. You had to walk an extra block. Will book again on our next trip.
