Mellow Orange Hotel

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Mellow Orange... the rooms were really nice and clean and exceptional value for money, the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.. Also special thanks to Annie who speaks English very well and who went out of her way to help me on many occasions. 5 Star service at a bargain price.. Have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you!

Big rooms for the money (~24m^2) and in the center of the dongmen shopping district. Extreme value for money with soft beds and big marble bathroom. Feels like a 4 star hotel for around 30 USD. There are vegetarian and halal stores within 3 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants just across the road. Customer service is decent enough and the cleaning services are sufficient. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

One of the staff speak very good English which was a welcome relief after being in 3 other cities in China and barely able to communicate to majority of the service attendants. Hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right outside its doors, a taxi stand about 200m away and the metro station about 700m away...rooms are comfortably furnished with high ceiling and lots of pillows on the bed...would definitely stay here again when in Shenzhen...
