Muslim Hotel

One of the better Halal Restaurants in Shenzen. Visited the restaurant on Level 2. It is a big and nice restaurant. English Menu is available and serve a huge variety of food items. Place an order for us, 2 adult and 1 child. So very surprised when the food servings were soooo huge. The fried chicken, was a Whole chicken. The fried rice and noddle was a big platter each, on top of the other items we ordered. Price is reasonable for the portion. Good food quality. Staff service was average. Would recommend Muslim friends to this restaurant.

Having lunch with my wife today. Order are fast, then collect payment one minute later. ! 1) Gave us broken lid tea cup 2) not sending our broccoli, we ask for plain lamb soup, they gave mixed with glass noodle. Our grilled lamb are too much fat! And late send rice after we called while They are enjoying staff lunch on other table 3) they can't speak english, the cashier are very rude behavior ( young woman with with collar see picture)and even curse my wife with word stupid! 4) Food not delicious at all. Other muslim restaurant are much better and cheaper. Overall bad experience and this restaurant giving bad name and impressions to muslim. For Malaysian, go find other restaurant better than this.

Reception staff cant talk english. No cleaning and no housekeeping. 3 days without badsheets change. Bad faucets in toilet. Not recommended. Location is good luohu but typical to find taxi there. Halal chinese food available in hotel's restautant.
