Shenzhen Bay Hotel

Friendliest staff I have encountered in the recent past. Very efficient check-in, always on hand to help. Special mention to the check-in staff, the concierge and the door ushers. Great spanish themed style and lovely food combine to make a super stay. only regret i have is that I have to leave!

Came visit last December and I used to stay here a lot also due to the fantastic location - right next to the cultural village and the window of the world, however the decoration and the interior needs updates! Staffs are nice however not many of them speaks English, so watch out. Had a room on the ''east wing'', room size is good, fair amenities, good for a family weekend getaway.
