Shenzhen Chanel Palace Hotel

Location - excellent, train station is within walking distance. Plenty of eatery and shopping choices nearby. Room - Surprising clean and comfortable Purpose - Business Breakfast - Decent spread, but local food cons- husky smell in the room, not if the smell comes from smoking in the other rooms which are very common in China

Nothing special, but really enjoyed our stay. Stayed at 22nd floor - so views are amazing. Breakfast is very average, rooms are ok, beds comfortable. Staff do not speak much english. Definitely can find better place for same money!

Only if the other option is being a homeless -I have been traveling on a budget and I have been traveling in luxury. one thing whice is always important is to know what to expect and value for money . If you want to be deeply disappointed and if you want to feel cheated that's the place to go . The stuff speak only chines , the room are not as clean as you imagine.... It's not that cheep !and if someone try to call reception as the Internet is only via cable no wifi - you are lucky if the phone will be picked. Breakfast is catered to the Chinese costumers only : chicken soup noodles and rice buns and the price sorry to say is not justifying ! you can find a great deal in one of the 5 starts hotel around for only 30% more or find a fab air bnb for 1/2 of the price + I have read some positive reviews not on this website that led me to think they where fake .... Sorry I will not be back
