Shenzhen She & He Apartment

I've never given a really negative review until now.... Paid for a Deluxe Double Room with the following features: - Kitchenette - Washing Machine - Balcony - Microwave - 38 square metres We received none of that. When confronted they claimed they have no more room available, so they admitted to putting us in a small room instead. Furthermore they are unwilling to adjust the price, despite conning us into a small room hoping we wouldn't make a fuss. They described our complaints as annoying. The next morning, they wanted us to pay again for the same small room for the same price as the Deluxe Double Room!!!!! Don't trust them, they will con and lie to your face.

We paid for a Deluxe Double Room with features described; - Kitchenette - Balcony - Washing Machine - Microwave - 38 sq m We recieved a SMALL ROOM with NONE of the above. We told reception that we have the wrong room. They said, that's the one we get. They said that ALL the other rooms are booked, and that there were no Deluxe Double Rooms left. They then refused to make ANY adjustment to the price. They even demanded the next morning that we pay the Deluxe room rate AGAIN for the small room! Cannot be trusted, they will lie to your face and hope you don't make a fuss. They described our complaint as "annoying".
