St.Helen Shenzhen Bauhinia

Nice place, friendly staff, good location. But the swimming pool jacuzzi is out of order a long time ago. The breakfast is relative expensive , and no any restaurant are close to hotel. But the CP value is high. We shall come back if we are in SZ again .

Very confortable hotel, good food, nice staff. There is a good park next door (depserate for a walk) but we were told by the doorman that as westerners we may not be safe! Whetther that was just something that day or a permanent concern I have no idea I certainly never felt any sort of threat. The hotel was fine

The service worth more than 4*. Polite and friendly staff, different varieties of food in the restaurant (Asian and European style). We were pleased to get welcome fruits and welcome card in the room. The room is not big, but clean and tidy. Next time we definitely choose this hotel. They have a good English speaking service at the reception to provide us with an information about Shenzhen.
