酒店位置不是很当道，在爱熔路上，这条路上有两家维也纳，刚入住的时候都走错了，去到另外一家维也纳了。服务员感觉不是很热情，没有人帮你搬行李，办入住也是冷冰冰的，总体感觉没有宾至如归。我住的维也纳爱榕店是相对老的这家，入住的时候住的2楼靠马路的这边，进房间的时候感觉装修有些老，另外就是有一股烟味，很不好！床有些硬，我们当时电话前台要一床被子，前台说柜子里有，结果拿出来，发现那被子明显就是没洗过的，上面...
