Vienna Hotel Shenzhen Nanxin Road

Untidy and poorly maintained. The whole place stinks of cigarette smoke. It's in the carpets walls mattresses furniture. Hallways and elevators are dark and dingy. There are no smoking signs everywhere but absolutely no enforcement. People smoke just about anywhere, even in the elevators. Staff don't speak English but they did a good job using a translator app which I appreciate. But it still took 45 minutes just to check in. Taxis can't get into the hotel drive way. They just drop you off at the kerb. If you are traveling heavy good luck hauling that in because you will not get any help from the hotel staff. Pictures on the website are hogwash. The rooms look nothing like that. Give it a pass. There are better options.

Opposite a mail. People smokes in lift and lobby. I suppose this is a common scene in china hotel at shenzhen. Poor service when I asked them if they know of any transport service to hong kong airport. The answer is : I dunno, please ask the tour agency over there. Alot of construction and delivery service going on and they do no use other lift. Taking lift with them is a common scene. Poor wifi service even though it is free.
