4th Zhongshan Road Garden Inn

I cannot be too nitpicky about this place. It was value for money and we know that we get what we pay for. The place is very near and just across Exit A of the Peasant Movement Institute Station which they could have posted in their ads. Around it are convenience stores, eateries and fruit stores. It's walking distance to Beijing Road for all that shopping. The room they gave is just clean, big and spacious enough for two people and with a nice view.. I thought the bathroom was just okay without a door. Since it was winter, it was freezing at night and we could have been informed about how to operate the A/C for the heater, if there was any at all. Good thing the comforter was warm enough for us to survive the 2 night-stay we had. Only one receptionist knew English. Overall it was good stay.

As usual garden inn, no door for the toilet still the main issues, but especially for this zhongshan forth, the room actually very small if comparing with other branch & have a strange smells. The location were perfect for travelling around, subway just across the hotel, A exit of peasant movement station. Many bus stops around the hotel for alternative route. Food are available around the hotel, 24 hours store available. Some receptionist should have learn some professional manners attitude, but however, zhongshan forth garden inn offering the great price for stay.

This motel is right above Nongjiangsuo subway station. It is rather convenient with lots of eateries nearby. Do note that there is no door for the toilet but a curtain. It may not be so convenient if you are staying with friends instead of spouse. Moreover, the room was tiny and almost EVERYTHING in it was chargeable. The toothbrush pack cost RMB5, the water RMB3, the rest was stated in a list. The items provided were towels, hand towels, all-in-one shower cream, two flat pillows, a flask, a hair dryer and some paper cups. An useless safe box was provided too. Be careful when stepping out of the shower as the floor is slippery and there is no floor mat.
