Baili Commercial Hotel Zhuhai

Turned up at the hotel after booking through Expedia and despite my paperwork confirming my reservation with them through Expedia they refused to let us in so had to pay again for the room. £92.74 paid twice. Expedia offered no help despite repeated expensive telephone calls. Will never use Expedia nor this hotel again. Steer clear.

The receptionist is very friendly, the hotel environment is good, it is easily accessible to everywhere, u can find food near the hotel and shopping mall is just opposite the hotel. Besides, there are many attractions such as haibin recreation park, shijingshan park, zhuhai fisher girl and duty free shopping mall. The wifi is relatively strong, the bathroom is well equipped. However, they dont have built in hair dryer and the view from the room is full of grasses. Management is advised to clean the glass in order to maintain 4stars hotel standard.

It was the worst night ever. The beds were super hard, and the AC did not work at all, so we were super cold all night. There is a KTV that runs until very late at night, there rooms have no isolation at all so you can heard people singing all the time. When the KTV is over, there is a night club that is super noisy too so right when you think you can sleep after the KTV is over there is the music super loud. Very early in the morning people from other rooms would turn on the TV very loud, so you can heard the tv program, besides you will heard their conversation too!!!! Its supposed to be a 4 starts, but I wonder how much the paid to get such a fake qualification.
