Clean room , very hard beds , breakfast was to be international , but catered more for the eastern asian clients. Had to wait for room to be got ready , but we arrived well after booking in time and had to wait another 30 minutes. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, no bath robe in bathroom, though this was on the web site. Swimming pool not in use, roof top gardens had no seating. Sound proofing is not good, as you can hear people going along the corridors. Noise from outside at all hours.

we spend 4 months traveling china and if all were this solid it would be easy. Solid, user friendly and nice staff. gym works. Breakfast is simple but ok. happy to come back and will be back next year

駿德會酒店： 優點： 1，前台、門房服務人員態度品質是可以接受的。 2，有健身運動設施可供使用。 3，房間空間夠大；整個酒店小區空氣良好、也非常安靜。 4，酒店樓下隔壁有家7-11小店，方便購物。 5，離店時，前台會通知門房人員幫忙叫車服務。 缺點： 1，酒店有與駿發山莊共同使用游泳池，但從未看到游泳池有放水供住客及山莊住民使用過。 2，早餐菜色從未改變過，就算有改變的話，也是愈變愈差。並且收費太貴（人民幣53元），因為早餐的菜色及品質太差了，若是免費供住客使用，則住客亦會考慮吃或不吃的（最起碼是本人的感受）。 3，早餐的吧台冷飲的服務人員態度、衛生極差無比的。 4，房間有新裝修，但還是留著舊式浴缸，使浴室空間變小及盥洗時非常不方便。 5，房間打掃乾淨度在加強改善的空間極大。 6，房間床鋪太小，床鋪、浴巾是太舊了，像是購買二手床鋪、浴巾在酒店供住客使用。 Richmond Hotel: Benefits: 1, front desk, concierge service attitude quality is acceptable. 2, there are fitness facilities available. 3, room space is large enough; good air throughout the hotel district, but also very quiet. 4, 7-11 home next door to the hotel downstairs shop, shopping convenience. 5, leaving, front desk concierge staff to help inform a cab service. Disadvantages: 1, the hotel has the Prosperous Hills common pool, but have never seen the pool for guests and resort residents drain used. 2, breakfast dishes never changed, even if there is a change, then, is more change worse. And costs are too expensive (CNY 53 yuan), because the quality of breakfast dishes and bad, if free for guests to use, the guest will consider eat or do not eat (at least is my experience). 3, breakfast bar beverage service attitude, very poor health. 4, there is a newly renovated room, but still keep the old bathtub, make bathroom space becomes smaller and toilet very inconvenient. 5, room cleaning cleanliness in strengthening the great room for improvement. 6, the room is too small bed, bedding, towels are too old, like to buy second-hand bedding, towels at the hotel for guests to use.
