Zhuhai Imperial Hot Spring Resort

We spent 4 days vacation and the resort far exceeded our expectation . Staff went out of their way to make you comfortable despite limited English . Room was both comfortable and clean. The whole resort was spotless and Hygiene was a top priority . Staff very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable . Huge variety of food on offer at the breakfast buffet and everything was cooked fresh , in front of you. We loved the fact that almost everywhere signage was both in Chinese and in English: made things very easy We are several time at the Chinese restaurant and food standard was excellent Resort offers a shuttle from high speed train and Hong Kong Zuhai bridge. Overall very impressed and we will back

This is my second time to visit this resort. It is bigger than before. The resort looks Japanese style and the room is clean and comfortable. Of course, you can enjoy the hot spring any time. It is not my key point to stay there. The major attraction is the grand buffet, which takes me four hours to walk, play, and eat different kinds of delicious cuisine. You should be careful to select the quantity that makes you full before the end of the food street.

We crossed over from Macau, appreciate the complimentary 1hr shuttle bus ride from Gongbei border. After crossing the Macau-Zhuhai customs, turn Left towards the bus bay. The bus bay is just in front of the train station exit A and there will be staff there to guide you. Having stayed in japan ryokan / hot spring resort, you will definitely notice that this place is quite man made and trying hard to replicate traditional Japanese elements in their rooms & overall concept. Nevertheless, I find the resort relaxing as it is a self contained place to recharge. The rooms are spacious and hotspring & buffet meals were accessible using our thumbprint. They also gave complimentary fireworks and bicycle ride.
