If you're looking to avoid the Sanya crowds, this is a solid pick. With only 49 villas, it’s very private. Our 310sqm villa was spacious, and having a bathroom bigger than a bedroom was a nice touch. The sunset at Sun Bay was definitely the highlight of the stay. The butler and buggy service made things easy, which was great for a lazy getaway. Just a heads-up: the property is over 10 years old, so it feels a bit dated in spots. Also, the peak season price was pretty steep—honestly felt like a bit much. But if you value peace and quiet over everything else, it’s a decent experience.

We booked this place, contacted them later, and they explained that there was a typhoon week ago, the end of August 2025, (it has shattered quite a lot, I could only visit Sanya, but it is everyone repairing and resplendent again... there are quite a few fallen trees and with the naked eye you rating that it has been well whipped. Sidewalks lifted by the roots of the trees, I saw rooftops and you fell, so it must have been pretty strong. We were advised that there might be some noise from the repairs, so we chose another place, (somewhat regretful), this time I was not lucky enough to visit Bayan Tree, but we hope to do it, for your HONESTY I think it is a right place. I had to leave it in writing, for honesty does not abound unfortunately.

This holiday was really a highlight because in the last two days we were hit by a typhoon. A typhoon as strong as it was 40 years ago. There are nuances to pick on. You don't have to be picky. What would I add? Added 100% fraiche - because the juices in the glass are the juices from the box. At 17:30-18:30 during a light snack , it is worth putting more variety. At least soup (because this is the time when guests eat and only whet their appetite and come to dinner 100%) And cookies, pickles, cherries and melon. Well, as if it weren't. Either do well or don't do well at all. Nadia (Guide) is a great employee, I think we should write her a bonus ) did her job at 200%! The pool would be cleaned in the villas better, it would be magic ) the glass in the room would be washed when cleaning, too would be great 😀 Bathing in the sea, dinner in the city (100 p by taxi to Dodonghai one way ). Hotel dinners. The price tag is high, but the quality is super! Typhoon. It was scary, but we were at the restaurant when it all started and the staff did a great job! A low bow for their work, really! Conclusion: the hotel is super, come again!
