Cons: Only two swimming pools worked. One was filled (in height) by 80 cm. Newly minted, arriving tourists on vacation tried to swim on all fours. In the second pool (large) the water height was 120 cm, where swimming was not very comfortable. Adults, children and young parents with breasts (with and without diapers) were in the water. The question becomes: Where did the children go to the bathroom? He's not around from the word at all. There was no water circulation in the pool. The showers (even 4pcs) were not working, a water tank was supplied. The green hedge (near the pool) of palm trees and shrubs that separated the hotel from the road and served as a shield against dirt and dust was cut down sparingly. The remaining shrubs were rarely watered and therefore looked like a herbarium. The beach is public: therefore there are no deckchairs and umbrellas. The entrance to the sea is gentle, sand. But there are slabs of stone in the water that nobody warns about. You can only see them at low tide. The room (we lived in 316) requires at least normal cleaning: wallpaper is off, lampshade, curtains are dirty, plumbing was leaking (we had to call a specialist). If you look from the street at the rooms, you can see leaks on the balconies where the bathrooms stand. If you don't pay attention to it, the rest is a plus. I especially want to celebrate nutrition. There was everything: pastries, vegetables, fruit, soups, seafood, barbecues, fresh meat and fish you could fry with. Delicious juices with pulp, like from childhood. In the evening of drinks beer, cocktails, wine white (red)....at least have a drink. There were always seats available at the restaurant, there was no problem with that. The sightseeing tour is pure water commerce. I'll take you shopping (tea, silk, cosmetics, shark cartilage). You won't learn anything about China on it.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I checked in, I was upset by the attitude of the receptionist, Dora Deng. She came across as rude and unfriendly, which made for a poor first impression. The room itself was also below expectations. The floor was sticky, the room had a dusty smell, and the air conditioning barely worked. I reported the air-conditioning issue several times over both days, and although I was repeatedly told that someone would come to fix it, the problem was never resolved. The Wi-Fi was another major disappointment. It was extremely unreliable and barely connected throughout my stay, making it practically unusable. Breakfast was acceptable. Although it was quite crowded and the dining area could have been cleaner, the food itself was okay, so I have no major complaints about that. The so-called welcome drink was also disappointing and felt more like a token gesture than a genuine welcome. Overall, this stay fell well below my expectations, and I don’t think I would choose to stay here again. That said, I would like to acknowledge Mr. Morgan Li (if I have his name correct). Before I checked out, he politely asked about my stay and showed genuine professionalism and courtesy. He even offered me a gift box. Although I initially declined, he kindly insisted, and I truly appreciated his thoughtful gesture. Thank you, Mr. Morgan Li, for your excellent service. Unfortunately, despite his kindness, my overall experience was disappointing. This hotel is simply not the right place for me. Sorry, and I hope the management will take these comments seriously to improve the guest experience.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel left a negative impression. The rooms appear outdated, and the state of repair and general maintenance require attention. Cockroaches were spotted in the dining area during breakfast, raising serious concerns about sanitary standards and cleanliness. Furthermore, the breakfast selection was rather limited and lacking variety. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.
