Relaxed at the hotel from November 28 to December 7. I want to share my impressions – they turned out to be quite contradictory. What you liked: The successful location of the hotel is perhaps one of its main assets. There are two swimming pools 1.2 m deep, one of them heated. The pool is regularly cleaned of floating debris. What was disappointing: Condition of the area around the pools. There's a lot of rubbish, sand and cigarette butts under the deckchairs and nearby. The deckchairs are old and partially broken — clearly in need of replacement. Breakfasts left an extremely unpleasant impression. The food doesn't taste good and the smell is like an old dining rag. You won't stay hungry, but you certainly won't enjoy eating. The original suite in the first building was in a terrible state: old and dirty. It was only after applying to the reception that we managed to move into the third building - there the room was old, but clean and tidy. Bottom line: The hotel meets the three-star level, but requires serious work to improve the service. On the one hand, the good location and availability of a heated pool are important advantages. On the other hand, the poor state of cleaning and the quality of the food significantly reduce the overall impression.

A very nice hotel. I recommend a visit. Cleaning every day, changing bed linen every day, updating hygiene supplies daily. The food is the same, but you won't stay hungry. Communicate with staff through an interpreter or with representatives from the guide. Everything is clear and accessible. The big downside is the beach. Spoonfuls of 20 grand for three hotels. The sunbeds are tied and sometimes there is no hiding from the sun. But it's not the hotel's fault. The sea is not calm, by lunchtime come in and out of it full quest. We'd go back to this hotel-- definitely YES.

First impression: a beautiful and well-kept hotel with picturesque grounds, the surface of the water echoes the lush vegetation, forming a very atmospheric picture. In turn, the architecture of the hotel immerses me in the culture of a great and ancient country, which I had the opportunity to meet for the first time. Was this meeting pleasant? I will tell you my experience, and you answer this question yourself. My sister and I went on a trip to Hainan in March for 14 days. The advantage of the hotel is its location. It is located in the cozy Yalong Bay (Yalong Bay) on the second line, which does not interfere with your relaxation at all. In addition to the aforementioned aesthetics of the territory itself, there are many cafes and entertainment for children nearby. There are also taxis and a public transport stop nearby. Many thanks to our Russian-speaking guide Petya (Biblio Globus) for his help in matters of communication with the Chinese; without him it would have been difficult, since only a few here know basic English. Since this is where the advantages end, let’s briefly talk about the disadvantages: 1. The rooms on the lower floors have an unbearable smell of dampness. The furniture inside is very tired and there are no hooks for towels in the bathroom (we can only guess why). 2. Breakfast is monotonous and tasteless. Apparently I wasn’t the only one who thought so, because during my vacation, every morning I saw a line of food delivery people heading towards the hotel. 3. Continuing the topic of food: it should be taken into account that it is quite specific to our Russian gastrointestinal tract. If you are vacationing with children, then prepare to be disappointed. Personally, at the end of my vacation I dreamed of boiled potatoes and kefir. 4. If you choose this destination in order to enjoy local exotic fruits, count on financial investments; the hotel has a rather meager choice. 5. There is an acute shortage of sunbeds and towels on the beach; after 9 am they are no longer available. It’s scary to look at mattresses, let alone lie on them. Everything would be fine in view of the understanding that the declared 5 stars are purely Chinese, and not international, it is impossible to compare Turkey with Hainan. Be that as it may, I was going primarily to relax, to receive positive emotions and vivid memories, which were completely erased by the fact that we were... robbed!!! Two days before departure, we discovered that our suitcases had been opened (they were locked with combination locks), money, a gold pendant and, ATTENTION, a new set of underwear had disappeared from there! The police were called, whose employees shook all things, bags, wallets. They also looked through the cameras - no one entered except us and the maid. All this lasted for 3 hours, the maid was also present, but was absolutely calm and did not participate in the proceedings. The only person trying to figure out the situation was our guide Petya. Needless to say that in the end no one found anything? During the rest, we saw how the police were also called to the neighboring building. And now I assume that we were not the only ones who could have suffered this way. Friends, be careful! If money and documents can be stored in a safe, then where can you store your underwear in this hotel?
