The claimed 4 stars are untrue. Rooms are dirty, cleaning is terrible, renovation/repair requires everything! During the week of our stay, we were flooded, water oozed from the ceiling, air conditioning broke, the temperature in the room was above 28 C. The electricity was turned off. The water in the sink didn't leave... Declared bathrobes, slippers, various hygiene products must be requested! You won't ask!(((((Not everyone knows what to ask! And not sure what will be brought.
