Le Parker International Hotel

I had a very bad experience at Le Parker International Hotel at sanya. The front desk staff was unwelcoming and rude. The room was dirty and not cleaned properly. The toilet and bathtub were filthy, and there were water stains and dirt marks everywhere. The bed sheets and towels were stained and smelled bad. The air conditioner was noisy and did not work well. the worst part if you do not have any china phone line, you got to go all the way to the front desk for a request. The wifi was slow and unreliable. The The hotel is overpriced and not worth staying at. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I picked this hotel because I wanted to stay somewhere in town and not by the beach. I had stayed at Joya International Hotel which is not far from this hotel and I wanted to try this one! I wasn't aware that the hotel lobby was on the third floor, which I found quite inconvenient for a 5 star hotel! The receptionist at the front desk was not very friendly for a 5 star hotel! She wanted to charge me for the 2 rooms which I booked but they were already paid via my credit card. She never told us the breakfast time too. The swimming pool was right outside of the front desk, looked quite nice and big in the picture on their website, but disappointed, it was small and didn't look "attractive". I couldn't be bothered to swim in it..... The room I had was ok. Didn't have a space to open my luggage. I find it awkward that the sink is by the head of the bed where the pillow is. The only thing I liked about this room was the fantastic view I had. Breakfast was not good. When we went down at around 9 am, many things were gone, trays were emptied! Refilling was very slow....... I wouldn't stay here again and wouldn't recommend it, better stay at Joya International Hotel!

Room design function not so convenient, only good location, also restaurant is too small for tour group, the staffs are helpful, but hotel security is not good enough, because hotel lobby is on third floor, but any one can enter escalator from ground floor.
