Stay in the early morning, check in at 14 hours unless paid in advance by the tour operator. By no means can optimization be offered, as in Turkey or the UAE. Problems may arise. Communication through a translator on the phone. No one speaks English or Russian. Of the Russian-speaking tourists in the entire hotel no more than 20, and, mainly, from KZ. Hotel guide Volodya provides the necessary information and exchange from Sber to Yuan. All Russian speakers are photographed, since we look the same for Chinese. The photograph of the hotel is old: now on the left is a high-rise building (downstairs supermarket), on the right is a construction site. Room given on the 10th floor(the higher the better), side view of the sea and Phoenix. It's beautiful tonight. The room has everything you need. Cleaning and changing laundry every day. Buffet breakfast. Everything is delicious, hearty, the restaurant is roomy, so there are always seats available. Dinner and lunch are unnecessarily expensive. Swimming pool with children's compartment. There's beach towels. Sea across the street. The waterfront is constantly filled with local pensioners. You don't have to go to the circus; songs, dancing, fitness until late at night. Nearby stop towards Pineapple and Winter-Summer shopping mall. It's much cheaper there. You can pay off Sber. There's a bus schedule at the stop, so we need to take a picture for the return trip. The bus will come back inside the massif where the tram line is. Yuan has to buy at home, the chances of changing dollars are minimal. Connectivity: Roaming doesn't pull, just hotel wi-fi. The best solution is to buy eSim in the departure city. 950 p.- 50 GB. Very handy on island trips. Chargers only in carry-on luggage (check the HSS icon).

Fantastic Accommodation a True 5 Star Resort unlike many other Hotels claim to be. We had a Ocean view Room on the 14th floor the views of the Beach and Bay were Spectacular. So much activity day and night on the foreshore in front of the Hotel and the Views at night are spectacular with all the Highrise's lit up. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and the facilities are perfect. it has it's own restaurants and shops there is even a Robot delivering food and takeaways to your Room. The reviews that say you cant swim in the beaches at Sanya City are untrue, this only applies to when the is a Storm. Everything in the city is a short walk away and most Didi's from here will only cost you $3 AUD at most with no waiting also it is not true that you can't hail a Taxi. The Pool is great and the lifeguards are real characters and very friendly. There are too many tourist attractions nearby to list. this Hotel is in the best location to explore the real China. The desk staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable we cant thank them enough.

This hotel is totally refurbised and upscaled to an 4/5 start complex. Very good breakfast buffet! chinese and western style. Good dining, sometimes a little high prices. there are some evening ads, for dining more cheap, italian or other styles. Very nice garden and cosy small clean pool ! across the street is the beach, no swimming possible and no beach shops and no beach chairs. just romancing/walking and sightseeing. take the taxi to city center very nice, book an trip to the jungle park. outside this hotel some shops and restaurants, many seefood. not to high quality but fresh, if you like.
