Honestly, this is a very beautiful hotel in a good location of central Sanya. However, this is a Chinese owned and managed hotel. The service is very bad. They don't even provide any international electric convertor. When I called the operator to ask for a convertor, she replied me as "NO, we don't have it and nothing I can do about it" in Chinese. This is so Chinese. The food is bad as well. The breakfast buffet is boring. Most of the food are only for mainland Chinese. The swimming pool is beautiful and big. But they didn't even turn on the water pump. So be expected the water is not clean. There are quite many equipment in the gym, but look very old and broken. They don't even turn on the air-con in the gym. In general the whole hotel looks beautiful from a distance, but look very bad when you look closer. If you want to have a good holiday in Sanya. Go somewhere else. Better stick with international brand. If it's not because my in-law is living in the building next to this hotel, I would not have booked it in the first place.

Not bad! Nice equipment! Friendly environment! Spa service is nice! Swimming pool with wonderful views! Best location to town centre and bars! The janpanese food here is very fresh and delicious! A lady called Linda who helped me a lot! She is kind of charge the place and she has sweetest smiles! I appreciate it! The boats there are new and in good conditions! You can enjoy even yourself in one boat with best service and even spa on the boat! Fantastic! I had red wine and snaks with the fresh air blowing my face and the birds flying by! Quite a nice experience! I will remember it forever! The quietness and peace!

Conveniently located at the yacht club, with large rooms. A pity the view to the river full of fishing boats, and noisy. Quality of breakfast is just ok. Service is not the best, the do not speak good english and they forgot to serve me the breakfast in the room. They also did not have the availability of what they offer, although they tried hard to satisfy requests.
