Spelling of the is wrong. Check-in took forever Checked in at 5pm and sent me to room not made up. Cleaner took dirty towels from floor from previous occupants and just hung it on the rail. Wifi shockingly slow and kept stopping.  TV kept buffering and freeze panes. Cleaning staff had an attitude and toilets in lobby disgustingly dirty. Have no idea how it gets such a high rating. Front manager had no clue on her job.

Ok good l hotel takes reservations while it is in work and the jackhammer starts at 8am and stops at 6pm Great for a family hotel!!!! 😤😤😤 Nothing can be done says the lady (who is only doing her job) Pass your way , we are obliged to leave after one night (well pressed one one one night.

We took a punt on this hotel whilst visiting a family member who lives in Wuhan as it is near a busy shopping area. The hotel is modern and very comfortable and the staff extremely helpful. The room was large with a separate seating area and L shaped sofa. There was a large window wall between the bathroom and bedroom which was a tad odd, but we just kept the blind closed! The only down side was the noisy street outside (which was our mistake for choosing it) - but for the price, I would recommend. Just wear ear plugs!
